Our private Ambulatory Plastic Surgery Facility (APSF) is certified at the highest level by American Association for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgery Facilities. Accreditation is a voluntary mark of quality, and indicates that our facility is fully equipped with the latest systems for ensuring your safety during and after surgery. Our facility meets and often exceeds the same standards for patient care as those required in a hospital outpatient surgery unit. The APSF is a state-of-the-art, same-day surgery facility designed and engineered specifically for plastic surgery. Outstanding comfort, convenience, privacy and lower cost are among the advantages that the facility offers to our cosmetic surgery patients.
Anesthesia and Staff
Our entire staff is dedicated to your comfort and satisfaction. A beautifully decorated reception area, comfortable exam rooms, private dressing rooms for patients preparing for surgery, and attentive care from our staff through all phases of your recovery help to make your entire surgical experience a pleasant one. Every measure has been taken to ensure your safety and comfort. Anesthesia services are provided by our own board-certified MD anesthesiologists who specialize in anesthesia for cosmetic surgery.

Our facility is conveniently located 20 miles north of Manhattan. You are welcome to take a tour of our facility at the time of your consultation.
For those patients whose special circumstances require a hospital stay, Dr. Greenwald has operating privileges at several area hospitals, one of which is located only two blocks from our private surgical Facility. Our office can make all necessary arrangements for your admission and care while in the hospital.
At his state-of-the-art plastic surgery New York City facility, Dr. Greenwald has helped numerous patients by providing an array of aesthetic procedures for the face, breast and body, including treating breast augmentation, face lift, rhinoplasty, liposuction and tummy tuck Westchester patients.
Dr. Greenwald is happy to offer SmartLipo to his New York and Connecticut patients. SmartLipo also known as laser body sculpting is a less invasive alternative to traditional liposuction and was approved by the FDA in November, 2006. Compared with traditional liposuction, there is a marked decrease in swelling and bruising. Recovery from SmartLipo is much more rapid when compared with traditional liposuction. SmartLipo is ideal for small areas of fat on the face and body that have been resistant to diet and exercise. SmartLipo can be performed under local anesthesia.
