Dr. Greenwald is lucky to have surrounded himself with a friendly, knowledgeable staff. They are invaluable resources for our patients (and himself!). Focused on developing close and lasting relationships, each member of our staff is here to help you navigate your way to achieving your aesthetic goals whether you are seeking a MediSpa treatment or a more dramatic surgical transformation.
Kim – Front Desk Manager
Kim is our front desk manager and Dr. Greenwald’s administrative assistant. At Greenwald Plastic Surgery, Kim is likely the first person you will come into contact with at whether it be by phone, email or when you visit us in person. She has been with Dr. Greenwald for more than nine years. She keeps Dr. Greenwald’s practice flowing and always tries her best to accommodate new and established patients. She is warm and friendly. She enjoys the long term relationships she forms with our patients!
Barbara – Surgical Coordinator
Barbara is Dr. Greenwald’s main surgical coordinator. She has been with Dr. Greenwald since he started practice in Westchester County in 2004. She has been involved with aesthetic surgery patients for more than 19 years! She has an answer for any question you could possibly have. She works with Dr. Greenwald’s patients to help them navigate their procedure preoperatively and postoperatively. She loves getting to know our patients and tries to make their experience as smooth and rewarding as possible.
Lauren – Office Manager
Lauren is our office manager. She has handled every aspect of the office in her 20 years at Cosmetic Surgery Associates of New York. She makes the office run smoothly and admirably fills any role needed on any given day. Lauren is passionate about our practice and is always seeking ways to enhance the patient experience.
Amanda – Medical Assistant
Amanda is Dr. Greenwald’s medical assistant. She has the unique ability to immediately make new patients feel comfortable. Though a novice in the plastic surgery world, she has been a valuable asset to Dr. Greenwald’s team.
Louisa – Surgical Coordinator
Louisa Guadagno is one of our surgical coordinators as well. She has over 20 years of experience in aesthetic surgery. She also enjoys helping patients thru their transformations no matter how big or small! She is always available to answer any questions you have before or after your visit to help you achieve your goals. Louisa helps navigate patients through the decision-making process, scheduling, financial matters, and the pre and post-operative process.
Nicole – Licensed Aesthetician
Nicole is the newest addition to our team. As a licensed aesthetician with more than 15 years experience, she has a wealth of knowledge regarding skin care treatments and skin care products. She is also up to date with the latest technologies and offers procedures to help refresh and tighten your skin. Nicole’s expertise in cosmeceuticals and cosmetic treatments will ensure you get the best skin care regimen for you. Nicole is also has extensive experience with CoolSculpting®.
Erika – Administrative Assistant
Erika has been with Dr. Greenwald for more than 5 years. She is knowledgeable and incredibly helpful to our patients. She is warm and friendly. She is fluent in Spanish and makes scheduling a breeze.
Stacey – Billing/Assistant Office Manager
Stacey has been with Dr. Greenwald his entire career. She has extensive experience in medical billing and helps patients navigate through their medical insurance when needed. She serves as the assistant office manager as well.
Laura – Administrative Assistant
Laura is new to our team at Greenwald Plastic Surgery. She is literally the first face you will see when you enter our office. She is an administrative assistant and can help you with anything you may need along your journey.
